Previously on Windows, taking a screenshot with Windows+Shift+S would automatically open the new snipping tool with that screenshot.Now it copies it into the paste buffer and does a notification, which may or may not produce a toast. Most of the time, it doesn't, and then you have to try and get the notifications widget up, hope the screenshot hasn't been bumped by some other toast that decided to come thru since we were doing toasts, and then you can click the notification and open the snip tool.Whomever felt that not opening the snip tool was an improvement was on the Windows Vista and Windo
