Windows 11 How can I permanently eliminate this stupid Efficiency Mode?

I have run at least four different browsers including Edge. Whenever I run the browser (including Edge) I get this idiotically named Efficiency Mode activated. Of course, the ONLY browser that supposedly lets you disable this piece of garbage is Edge. But even after telling Windows to stop it, Edge continues with the "Efficiency Mode behavior".First : When I launch YouTube there is a long pause before it runs.Second: Most of the time after it starts things SEEM okay until the ads come and then I get at least a 5 second freeze.Third: Then my wife texts me and I go to WhatsApp - entering the NE
