Windows 10 How can I prevent cursor lock on windowed game if I'm multitasking on Windows 10?

I'm playing a game in window mode on Windows 10, and I use an Xbox controller to play it, so I have no use for the mouse within the game. I want to use the mouse button to click on other things outside of the game, but the cursor is locked to the game, and I have to press the Start button every time I want to unlock the cursor from the game, and it's very inconvenient. Is there a way around this?
