Windows 11 How can I prevent WIndows 11 Update writing to my HP Probook 4540s BIOS chip - which is preventing from BIOS Posting, Can you help?

Hi, I happen to have an OLD HP Probook 4540s which is working great. Recently, I updated to Windows 11 and it was also working great until I enabled Windows 11 and after the Windows 11 Update went through and system rebooted, it started getting into System reboot, without any display on the laptop screen and without any ability to trigger F10 to enter BIOS.It led me to think that something may have goner wrong with the BIOS update - after reading the various posts on the internet about it.So i flashed a working bios backup using CH341A programmer and Laptop came to life again - only to die on
