Windows 11 how can I read a USB drive formatted to fat32 (for wii u games) without formatting and erasing all my files?

it says it needs to be formatted then when i push no it says: The volume does not contain a recognized file system. Please make sure that all required file system drivers are loaded and that the volume is not corrupted.
