Windows 10 How can I reinstall Windows 10 after a sudden motherboard change ?

Hi, I have a windows 10 pro license. My motherboard brunt, so I had to change it. Now I have re-installed windows 10 but when i have login and trying to activate the windows it's giving an error 0x803fa067. I have tried the troubleshoot option. nothing helps.
