Windows 10 How can I reinstall Windows 10 or at least fix/reformat my m.2 SSD driver?

So two days ago my Windows 10 laptop got an update from MS. After shutting down the pc and turning it back on I only got a black screen. The manufacturer logos shows up, with white dots going on in a circle but after that windows fails lo load and I can't get to go into WinRE.

I managed to back up my files booting from a Ubuntu USB drive but when I tried to use Gparted it couldn't format my m.2 SSD drive, I tried installing Ubuntu bu that also failed (it couldn't write in some partitions).

I also tried fixing my PC with a Windows Pendrive. If I try reinstalling Windows it says it cant access the driver.

Using the repair command console I tried diskpart, but when I try to clean the driver all I get is an error message:

"DiskPart has encountered and error: Data error (cyclic redundancy check).

see The System Event Log form more information."

I tried chkdsk:

"Cannot open volume for direct access."

and Scannow says

"Windows Resource Protection could no perform the requested operation"

I also tried System Restore which gives me and error message:

An unspecified error occurred during System Restore (0x80071a91)

And Startup Repair just says it cant handle this.

All I need is a way to reformat it and get it to maybe run again.

Any ideas?
