Windows 10 how can I remove all unnecessary apps to improve performance?

I have a Surface Pro 6 and do not need a lot of these apps. I believe they are slowing the performance of my system as it is operating extremely slow with all the updates since I purchased it. How do I remove all unnecessary apps? Seems I need to do more than "Uninstall".
