I am having issues with my mic playing back low, the agent was helpful at first by trying to figure out what was wrong. Later when he believed he had fixed the issue, he became extremely unhelpful while I requested confirmation the issue was resolved (I have been receiving help for an hour already) so I wanted to make sure. He showed me my settings that the issue was "fixed" however the issue in settings appears as "fixed" before I made contact and I was unable to get the audio issue resolved.
