Windows 10 How can I resolve the "no sound" issues on my Desktops (PC)

(1) I no longer have "Sound" after unplugging all assembled devices (for relocation). After reassembling my PC, no sound. All suggested attempts failed. HP Assistant (Mfr.); Microsoft Assistant; online help; All available updates including "Device Manager" I've had sound (including windows sound / no access) since my purchase (2 yrs.). No access to turning on/off monitor speakers. My PC is refurbished; sold by Amazon. There are other issues but, sound from my PC takes priority. I will appreciate all help to resolve this issue.Thanks; Daniel
