Windows 10 How can I restore my Bluetooth on Windows 10 after it randomly disappears?

I was sitting here gaming along, when out of nowhere all of my devices, both USB and Bluetooth, all disconnected and then reconnected ~5 seconds later. Now my Bluetooth is no long showing as available in my Action Center, and it claims that Bluetooth is turned off and my computer is incapable of Bluetooth, even though my mouse has been connected this way for several months. I have no Bluetooth tab in Device Manager, and reinstalling the driver for my motherboard does not help. I have rebooted my system a few times, with no change at all. This happened once before, and it took a few days for it
