Windows 11 How can I retrieve my Microsoft account from a hacker, and unlock my PC?

I have recently been hacked via token phishing and the hacker has gotten access to my account, all of the details within the account (name, address, DOB, no financial details however) and he has also gained access to my PC, and since I did not pay him the requested amount to return ownership to me, he has locked my PC and I am unable to do anything. To personally contact Microsoft Support, you can only do so if you have signed in through a personal account, and since I have been hacked that is obviously not an option.
