Windows 11 How can I set the dictation "commands overview" help menu back to English? (It has switched to Polish)

I am using dictation in word and I would like ot use the help function/menu on the right to show which commands are available. However, the dictation help menu pops up in Polish (or similar language). The dictation language is set to English and I can't find any settings menu to turn the help menu to English. How can I set the dictation "commands overview" back to English?
