Windows 11 How can i solve my 5 minutes boot time in windows 11?

A while back i updated windows 10 to 11, all was good until i decided to upgrade my RAM from 16GB to 32. After i installed the dual channel memory's windows takes 5 minutes to load. It passes POST without problems, than gets stuck for 5 minutes with the windows logo screen and windows circle (the one that indicates he's thinking) after 5 minutes of "loading" it's works normally. I also tested my old win 10 install, which i had it on another HDD who i never gotten to format. It boots in under 20 seconds. Any ideas ?
