The problem that I am currently facing is random freezing that usually lasts a few seconds. This issue happens no matter what I am doing. What I ended up doing was monitoring my task manager during these freezes and I found that the problem was random CPU usage spikes from WMI Provider Host. Before I reached out here I googled what things I could try to solve it. I tried one thing which was to run sfc /scannow which did find problematic files that it fixed. Nothing. The issue continued.
