Windows 11 how can I solve this issue?

so when I open window security i got a message that tells me (get an app 'windows defender' to open this linkalso when i open a game tells me you need MS-overlay to open this app i have this issue in a lot of apps too i tried the method that i run the windows power shell as an admin and then the unrestricted and it didn't work so pls help me
