Windows 11 How can I stop my games from crashing?

All the games I've played before was doing just fine, until it keeps crashing saying that my GPU just crashed, or Graphics drivers have crashed, ive tried to update it all since then but still no luck.My Laptop was really slow so i recently added an SDD because the HDD was getting slow, i downloaded every game to my Local disk C driver which is the SDD driver but still no luck and the games keeps crashing, idk what i did wrong and why theres no turning back to before, is my laptop saveable? After 1 error everything seemed to go downhill since.
