Windows 10 How can I stop, or remove, or at least stop One Drive syncing my desktop?

I have already tried to:Uncheck for folders to be sync, but they are all blocked.I try to click on 'Manage backup', but it loads forever, and nothing happens.For God's sake, how can I get rid of OneDrive and thousand messages saying storage is full???I never asked for it, I don't want it...
