Windows 11 how can i update my windows 11 when if I try to it says we couldnt install this update, but you can try again (0x80070005).

The thing I learned is probably because I have "denied access".Even though i've installed this windows on the same user as im using right now and i just cant update it.With the update leads protection and security and alot of other things that i cant use because of the update.Can I update it manually? - i've tried so with an iso file but when i downloaded it and clicked update it said "access denied".I dont see any ways to update my windows, unless i can have "accepted access" or something, i dont know. can someone help me?
