Windows 11 How can I use wifi direct to connect two computers on win11 with wlan card, or connect computer with wlan card and mobile phone?

I have a desktop with asus b650-a wifi motherboard, which has a MediaTek Wi-Fi 6E MT7922 (RZ616) 160MHz Wireless LAN Card. Since win11 drop the wireless hosted network and I cannot access to internet, I cannot use hotspot on win11 and can only choose wifi direct to connect another laptop or my mobile phone. But I cannot find the settings of wifi direct on win11, and I cannot find my desktop (wlan is on) on my mobile phone wifi direct. How can I connect my desktop and my mobile phone? I want these two devices in one same segment to use my mobile phone to watch the anime on my desktop through wi
