Windows 10 How can transfer the files from JINCO USB 2.0 to my PC WINDOWS 10?

Dear Sir, When my friend had done my PC with WINDOWS 10, transferred some files to JINCO USB 2.0. Whenever I want to open the files, I should insert the UAB device, after that file open, even though the necessary files show in desktop; Hence, I am in dilemma. I do not know how to open the same files in my desk top., without JINCO USB 2.0. Is JINCO USB 2.0 harmful to my PC WINDOWS 10? Pease guide me, an OLD MAN at age 75 without Basic Knowledge of Computer, to do well.
