Windows 11 How can you download Quick Assist using cmd/powershell/Anything but microsoft store?

I cannot use microsoft store because it dosent work. I just get an error saying i cant install, and thats it, Only way to fix it is resetting my laptop and going back to windows 10, which i cant do because i cant back it up, Thanks.
