Windows 10 How did {78E1CD88-49E3-476E-B926-580E596AD309} get through my firewall and for what purpose?

A new entry is being allowed access through my firewall {78E1CD88-49E3-476E-B926-580E596AD309}, and the only information I can find concerning it is a note from Microsoft in 2018 stating "That exception in your Firewall is part of the Remote Desktop Service in Windows 10, it is not something to worry about".

I never allow anyone to remotely access my computer and my settings deny such access so how did this entry get permission to breach my firewall, whom it is communicating with, and pardon my daring to question almighty Microsoft but why shouldn't I worry when I find mysterious entries are communicating through my firewall for purposes unknown, without my knowledge or consent?!!?
