Windows 10 How did I fix 0x8007000d on Windows 10 Enterprise IoT LTSC 2021

I attempted to update new build (19044.3570) from 19044.3516But it refuses to update and error occured the error code is:0x8007000dSo I used sfc /scannow using the method shown on the Internet. It says it's resolved but I still get the same error....For the second method, I ran dism /online /cleanup-image /restorehealthBut this time, another error code 0x800f081f appears and says the Sources file could not be found.I have installation media but it bothered me very much.....For the third method, I deleted SoftwareDistrib..... folderand I re-tried to windows updateSame error.....My last resort i
