Windows 11 How do I access my computer after a harddrive wipe? I forgot the password to my account, and the PIN feature doesn’t seem to be available.

My computer got wiped yesterday, because I suspected there was a virus. I didn’t need any of the content on there anyways, so I took the risk. However, upon reloading my computer, I found out that I couldn’t access any of the accounts. I had forgotten my password, and the PIN feature appears to be disabled (I apparently don’t have administrative powers?)I tried changing the password to my personal Microsoft account, but after the change I couldn’t get it to work.
