Windows 11 How do i add my headset back into the playback tab in Sound? Also, why isn't Razer 7.1 Sound surround working with my razer headset?

The sound tab:7.1 surround sound doesn't work for my PC, but it works for my laptop. How do i fix this so that my razer gaming headset works with my PC?
