Windows 10 How do I block msn.com using my host file.

Hi so I have an issue I want to completely block msn.com I have a bunch of websites blocked but every time I somehow I manage to get ahold of msn.com with crippling OCD id rather be locked away from it and no matter how many times I add it to my host time its still there.
