Windows 11 How do I bring back Dialogue Warnings/Boxes from Windows Defender about threats without disabling Do Not Disturb?

Right now, all threats that are quarantined are pushed to the notifications center. I want to keep Do not Disturb ON, but want Defender to still give me notification dialogue windows. There's no option to "Add App" for Windows Security, Defender, etc. in Priority Notifications.
