Windows 10 How do i change my mobile hotspot bandwidth to 2.4 ghz while im connected to a 5ghz wifi

I want to use my pc's mobile hotspot to connect my phone to the internet, but my phone cant connect to 5ghz networks. How do i change my hotspot signal to 2.4 ghz. (I only have access to the 5ghz wifi signal)
