Windows 11 How do I change the sound/brightness shortcuts changes in Windows 11 version 23H2 ?

I used to increase/decrease the volume with Fn+F2/3 and the brightness with Fn+F11/12, it appears that these shortcuts were recently changed and now use the Alt key instead of Fn. How do I go back to the shortcuts I'm used to ? I searched for shortcuts in the start menu, but to no avail.
