Windows 11 how do i connect my all in ones built in display to dedicated graphics

i have the hp envy all in one desktop 34 c0xxx and it says its display connected to the integrated graphics. i have a secondary monitor that is connected to the RTX 3060 laptop that is in the All in one. i tried disabling the integrated graphics but that just turns off the built in display. is there anyway i can connect the main display to the RTX 3060? (i also changed the graphics in nvidia control panel but its still connected to the built in graphics.)
