Windows 11 How do I create a custom print size?

I am trying to create a custom size option of half size, 8.5x5.5 or 140x279mm. I have watched and read several articles about this problem and have not been able to figure it out. I have a HP Envy x360 Laptop and a Canon G5020. I need to print this size for invitations. All the videos I watch say to go into print settings and click on paper quality, then click custom size. My computer doesn't give me a custom size button option.Thank You!
