Windows 10 How do I deactivate every scrolling function from arrow keys in numpad?

Hi, I have a question, when I press the number 2 key in the numpad with the numpad blocked the position in which Im writing shifts down, thats a problem when I use ASCII code because when I for example hit alt + 2 in the numpad to write a symbol it literally swaps lines and then writes the symbol, it baffles me that nobody is having this problem in the entire internet. I do not want it to scroll the bar either, I dont want the numpad keys to do anything besides writing symbols and numbers, I want to deactivate any and all functions that have anything to do with those 4 keys arrows (specialy th
