Windows 10 How do I delete a microsoft account off of my user account?

This is a long story and a unique situation... I tried logging into my Microsoft account as this is a brand new pc I built and had not logged in yet. I logged in with my phone number only to find out my phone number was linked to someone elses account... Now their email and Microsoft account are set to the admin account on my user. I have logged into my own Microsoft account so I now have two Microsoft accounts on a single user, the one in question, and my own. I believe I am even making this post on their Microsoft account as they are set to admin and it takes me into their account every time
