(This is copied and pasted from the other account as it keep signing me into that account every time I do anything on my PC now.)I tried logging into my Microsoft account as this is a brand new pc I built and had not logged in yet. I logged in with my phone number only to find out my phone number was linked to someone elses account... Now their email and Microsoft account are set to the admin account on my user.
