Windows 11 How do I delete all backed up Windows 11 information ?

I clean installed Windows 11. Edge did something weird. It split into 3 shortcuts. One shortcut was labeled an Edge Copy with the Edge icon. The other 2 shortcuts had blank white sheets for icons. When I attempted to delete a shortcut, I received a warning that I'm about to delete a lot of .ink files. So, I placed all 3 shortcuts in a folder on the desktop and labeled it Edge. Later, I decided to perform another clean install and hoped the issue would correct itself. Before I did that, I headed over to my Microsoft account/devices and cleared iCloud of all its content.
