Windows 11 How do I delete keyboards from Windows 11??

I tried everything I could find on google on my own. The new settings are ****, can't delete anything there. Tried to delete the keyboard in the registry editor. According to Windows Language & region settings, I only have 2 keyboards layout installed : English US and French Multilingual Standard. So why do I have 3 English keyboards installed???Sorry but I'm so **** pissed about Windows. I'm just trying to work man.
