Windows 11 How do I delete OneDrive file that says it is running but is not even a app on my pc anymore?

I have been fighting with this for a few hours and I cant figure it out. I am trying to delete the OneDrive file but it says that it is running I must close the the software. I cant see it running in the task manager and I have restarted my pc like 3 times thinking it was in start up but then I remembered that I deleted the app so I don't understand what I am doing wrong and I need help. god father google is not helpful neither
