Windows 10 How do I delete xbox games pass games if they aren't displayed as installed in the app?

Today I cloned my HDD so I could upgrade and keep all my files. The new drive has the exact same letter and name as the old one and therefore has the same file address. Every other game launcher and program hasn't had a single problem with this; even the **** third party mod launcher - but the masterfully crafted Xbox app doesn't seem to care that even the Ubisoft launcher is still letting me use the installed games.I have to reinstall everything I had on the Xbox app! But that's not all, ooooh no... I can't even uninstall or delete any of the games that "were" installed, and I can't delete the files in file explorer because I don't have permissions (they are still taking up precious space on my drives of course). What am I supposed to do? There must be another option other than copying the files I need (AGAIN) and formatting the drive to wipe Microsofts little presents. I have already spent all afternoon cloning this one.
