Windows 10 How do I disable BitLocker when the Volume is Locked? What Password am I suppose to Use?

I am not sure how this happened but I am now locked out of my computer by BitLocker. I am trying to disable BitLocker from the Command Prompt but it is telling me that the volume is locked. I followed previous instructions and I have no idea what password to provide. I cannot find the right key because the drive label being shown on the blue screen is not showing up under my devices. How do I get out of this nightmare? Thanks!
