Windows 10 How do I disable my Windows 10 to never ask me for updates and stop other applications from being upgraded or switched?

I just recently saw the new "Outlook" frankly I am fine with Windows Mail and Calendar. I am looking to keep that, not have it switch whenever that is set to go, as well as have it never ask me about switching to windows 11 all the time. I consider the frequent messages about windows 11 and not having a "permanently disable" option for those asks as harassment that I didn't sign up for or agree to. Thanks in advance.P.S.
