I've talked to at least 20 people, texting and calling, on HP support and Microsoft support, and none of them have been able to resolve this issue. When I press a button on my keyboard, and then try to use my touchpad, there's about a one second delay. If I press and hold a key on my keyboard, I can't even move the touchpad or click anything. I'm pretty sure this is palmcheck making sure I don't accidentally move my cursor while typing, but It's annoying because in most games I play I have to hold down keys to move and simultaneously look around with my touchpad.
