Windows 11 How do I download and instal Dolby Atmos for Headphones on a new PC?

I just have changed and upgraded my PC and using Windows 11. In October 2022, I purchased Dolby Atmos for Headphones. Now, I can't seem to download the app from the store. I have gone into my account and can see the purchase but there is nowhere on the page where I can download it. Gone into the library where I have my purchases and it's there bt, no button to re install.
