Windows 11 How do I download State of Decay 2: Juggernaut Edition from the Microsoft Store on PC?

I purchased State of Decay 2: Juggernaut Edition from the Microsoft Store on PC but when I try to download it, it gets stuck on "starting download" and even after leaving it like that for hours nothing happens.
