Windows 11 How do I enable stretched resolution 4;3 on my laptop?

I have an MSI GF65 Thin 10UE with a 3060 Laptop GPU and an i7-10750h.This might be a straightforward question but the display settings on Nvidia Control Panel lack the Display options ( I have updated drivers) and on the Intel Graphics command center I only have 2 display options. I've also already tried just disabling the integrated graphics in the device manager but it won't switch to the 3060 and goes on the basic display.
