Windows 11 How do I factory reset a window 11 pc when I don't have the microsoft ID, nor the recovery key or password.

Recently I was gifted a pc from a co worker because he didn't know how to unlock the pc, since he didn't have the microsoft ID, recovery or the password. I was trying to factory reset it but every time the Bitlocker comes up and doesn't let me reset it. its a HP window 11 laptop. any soluction on how I can bypass and remove the bitlocker so I can factory reset?
