Windows 11 How do I find an app name in Protection History that has a warning?

I have Windows 11. I received an icon warning (yellow exclamation) about Windows Security - Actions Recommended. Clicking on the Icon sent me to "Protection History", which displayed "Potential unwanted App found" along with date, time, and "low" priority. I want to know what this App is to make a better-informed decision before I decide what to do with it. However, there is no way apparent to me how to do this in "Protection History". I checked support and it said I have to have administrator privileges to view the details, but I only have one account of which "I am the administrator". How do
