Windows 11 How do I fix Acer Nitro 5 AN515-55 USB ports not working (Code 37)

So I accidentally left my Acer Nitro 5 AN515-55-723L (Windows 11) last night charging while shut down. And when I turned it on, I noticed all the USB ports stopped working. I went to device manager and the Intel(R) USB 3.1 eXtensible Host Controller - 1.10(Microsoft) has a yellow triangle on it. Looking at the properties, it says "Windows cannot initialize the device driver for this hardware. (Code 37)" and "Object name not found". I have tried several troubleshooting methods and all of them really didn't work. -tried uninstalling and reinstalling (still the same, but it was changed to USB xHC
