Windows 10 how do i fix blue screens with buzzing sound while gaming?

i am getting freezes, blue screens with a buzzing sound at least twice a day, mostly when im gaming. i have tried many methods but none of them worked, is it even fixable? from the internet i have seen that faulty rams cause that, so is there any fix or should i just buy a new kit of rams? genuinely very tiring problem, makes me want to rage hard, when i get that loud buzzing sound in a middle of a game.
