Windows 11 How do I fix BSOD error "VIDEO_DXGKRNL_FATAL_ERROR"?

I have been getting this error since last week. I have tried rebooting my computer, system restore, command prompt > sfc /scannow and dism restorehealth, I have re-installed windows, and updated my drivers, however, the issue still persist until now.Please help with a viable solution.here is a link of my minidump: 072124-31281-01.zipThank you!
